About Aroundness

Aroundness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built on a simple belief: meaningful change becomes possible when we meet ourselves with acceptance.

Through listening, reflection and awareness, shared experiences, nature, movement, community, education, and resources, we create spaces where acceptance, awareness, presence, expression, and connection can emerge naturally.

How We Show Up

Reflection & Education

Shared Experiences

We create opportunities to better understand ourselves, our experiences, and how we relate to others through reflection, learning, and greater awareness. We explore what it means to listen, hold space, communicate honestly, and meet ourselves with acceptance.

We practice listening and holding space with presence, curiosity, patience, witnessing, and allowing without immediately advising, fixing, rescuing, comparing, redirecting, or rushing to relieve discomfort.

Listening

Connection doesn't always require conversation. Nature, movement, service, storytelling, community experiences, and simple moments shared with others can create space for reflection, presence, expression, and connection without pressure.
